SATORI is a bespoke retail support agency launched in 2013 with the goal of changing the way consumers interact with brands in-store. Our name, a Japanese Buddhist word that means “moment of enlightenment”, encompasses our approach of creating memorable experiences at every touchpoint on a consumer’s retail journey. Whether it's introducing a new product or opening a consumer’s eyes to a familiar brand in an unfamiliar way, we create SATORI Moments - that “aha” moment that connects the retail consumer to your brand in a tangible and personal way.
