Here's a little bit about the author of this blog in her own words:

"My name is Sara Ashouri and I am a freelance makeup artist, working independently. I am self-taught by practicing and not being afraid to walk out with bold and bright makeup looks! My passion is being able to enhance natural beauty and bring out the features of those who let me use their face as my canvas. Makeup is truly an art form and there are many things I pull my inspiration from to get as creative and fun as I can. I love hollywood glamour looks to special effects horror makeup. I am open to it all.

As much as I have a passion for makeup, I also have a passion dedicated to being knowledgeable about skin and the care and maintenance that comes along with it. That being said, I am currently going to school to get my Esthetician license and can't wait to be a professional skin care consultant!

The purpose of my blog is to share my love for makeup. From faces of the day to photo shoot looks, I want to have one place dedicated to rambling and sharing my knowledge and experiences along the way of one day becoming a Professional Esthetician as well as an independent makeup artist. I also enjoy getting to know those who share the same interests as I do! :)"
